What an extraordinary week it has been for YCIS Shanghai! Our students from both Puxi and Pudong campuses displayed outstanding skills and teamwork in different sports fixtures, including the SISAC Plate Championship, and also the inaugural tournament of the International Schools Online Chess League.

At the SISAC Plate Championships, our D1 girls’ volleyball team from YCIS Shanghai Puxi put up a tough fight and earned a well-deserved second place. Concurrently, our D2 girls from YCIS Shanghai Puxi demonstrated commendable effort, clinching fourth place in their competition. In both games, they pushed themselves to the limit, showcasing exceptional skills and teamwork. Meanwhile, Soi from YCIS Shanghai Pudong shone in the first tournament of the International Schools Online Chess League. With his calm demeanour and astute tactics, he defeated over 300 competitors to seize the runner-up position.
