I have been at YCIS for eight years, and throughout the years I have had many great learning experiences and a lot of things to be thankful for.

First of all, my school provides a good education for learning both English and Chinese, which will be really helpful later in life.

Second, the school offers us a wide range of subjects, from general subjects like Maths and English, to specialist subjects like Arts and Drama.

Third, we also have a good cafeteria. They offer us a wide range of food we can eat at lunch, and they also sell delicious snacks at break times.

Fourth, at YCIS, they sometimes plan for famous authors or leaders to come to our school to make speeches or talk with students. I personally think that this is very inspiring to students.

Fifth, YCIS also hosts fun sports activities. Our school has sporting teams like CISSA or SISAC, and we also have an Athletics Day twice a year.

Sixth, YCIS also supports charity activities, and always encourages students to donate to River of Hearts and creates Free Dress Days to benefit charities.

Last of all (but not least!), since YCIS is an international school, we get to meet many different kinds of people from countries all around the world!

I am very thankful for my experience at YCIS!
