While examination scores are but one measure of students’ success, YCIS Shanghai is proud to note its students’ best performance to date in IGCSE examinations.
While examination scores are but one measure of students’ success, YCIS Shanghai is proud to note its students’ best performance to date in IGCSE examinations. In June 2010, 71 Year 11 students sat a total of 556 examinations. Of those examinations, 92% received scores of A*-C, a tremendous improvement from 73% in 2007. Subjects gaining 100% results of C and above were Additional Mathematics, Foreign Language Mandarin Chinese, and Music.

We also had two special students from Year 9 sitting IGCSE Second Language Chinese; both gained A’s.
These results reflect the high calibre of our students and the dedication of the teaching staff. All involved are to be congratulated.
